It was good - I didn’t have cream so I used creme fraiche and probably should have used a little less and more bean water, it was very rich. I am having leftovers tonight (I went out last night so I didn’t go down the rabbit hole of media coverage) and I think I will roast some tomatoes to cut it a bit. That said, I will make it again!
