These are much safer than the harder plastic ones. One instance of a nearly fractured windpipe on one of our old guys (he jumped off of a stool and caught an edge) and no more stiff one for him.
They’re great for tailbone pain!
“When in doubt, wash” Canoe will catch up, later!

That baby should not be subjected to anymore false fire alarms! My guy freaks out when the smoke detector’s batteries need changing. Chirp! Chirp!
I recognize that expression. It comes when all is right with the cat world, and the humans are under complete control.
. It’s when they take their half in the middle and I wake up clinging to the edge of the bed that sometimes gets me a little … worried. I just remembered I had friends — a couple — who had 4 cats, and the cats all slept in the bed with them — and it was an old fashioned double bed. Now that’s cozy …
Being a sleeping cat is a full-time job.
He deserves a raise.
Indeed. Or at least treats, and delivered by his servants.
My kitties just shrugged. “SO?”
I read once about people who moved from the city to the country, taking their two cats. The relocated cats, used to sitting in the window watching street traffic, would walk down the farm lane and sit most of the day at the road’s edge, watching cars go. (May or not be true but I like it.)
I believe it!
Not my dog, but a dog I saw on my daily walk today. She’s a 9 year old Bouvier des Flandres named “Tiana”. I had heard of this breed for many years but had never seen one in person. She was VERY friendly and HUGE (look at the size of those paws!)
She twice tried to jump on me to kiss me and her owner apologized. I was more than happy to let her do so, but I admit, it did surprise me!
This breed is well-known in Japan as the dog breed in the popular story ‘A Dog of Flanders”.
