Mine are both grey…so it shows on everything!
When I had dogs, one was golden brown and my big Lab. Black for for light things and golden brown for dark things.

I bought what I thought would be the perfect snuggle cave for both of our cats, who have been ignoring it ever since. At least it was only $10. And who knows… maybe they’ll eventually appreciate it

Well, at least for the first couple of weeks our kitty will be in a show cat cage, until we can almost trust him on his own with the dog, so he might have no choice but to sleep in the fancy bed

I had a friend that ordered a cat bed off of Amazon.
The cat preferred the box it came in, over the bed. Slept in the box just fine, wouldn’t touch the cat bed no matter what – go figure.
She ended up putting an old towel in box and the cat was completely content.
Not sure what she did with the cat bed, hopefully she sent it back (in a different box).

Cats love boxes. You can get them the most expensive toy, and they will ignore it and lay in the box it came in. Our previous cat Gucci would always jump in the Chewy.com box. We would have to keep it for weeks until he got tired of it

I used a huge show shelter for my last 3 cats. It works well for introductions to storage places and strange step sibling cats!

And they love paper shopping bags. Someone once warned me to remove the handles, because the cat will get his head stuck in one. I’ve seen this happen…
