Met a friend at MooChewSooy bbq trailer today up in an industrial section of Tulsa. Very good bbq. The owner is a competitor on the KCBS competition circuit. It was a limited selection of sandwiches. For $8 I got a 2 meat sandwich, chips and a drink. The meat he smokes daily. And only does enough to sell through lunch. Once he runs out of product he closes. And he pretty much runs out every day. THe brisket was tender and juicy.
I will definitey go back for more. `
