Trying chila-killer in Rohnert Park today

Usually I am in Petaluma, but today I happen to be subbing at the library in Rohnert Park and I intend to check out the infamous chilaquiles here: https://chilakillercafe.com/ at lunch. I’ve been doing a Nachos tour of Petaluma (Chunky’s, What a Chicken and Los Potrillos down, Cafe Mimosa and Mi Pueblo left to go) but I am taking a detour for some Rohnert Park chilaquiles today!

nice. i ate there last month. i wound up getting the fish tacos with some iced tea. very high quality diner fare. the atmosphere is bland but the service was on point. i need to get the chilaquiles next time i’m there as i wouldn’t hesitate to go back. i pass through Rohnert Park often and am always looking for interesting places. this one was a winner.

The photos at their website look spectacular. I don’t get up there very often, though.

I don’t often spend time in Rohnert park unless I’m assigned there because it doesn’t have a whole lot going on. But I was lucky to happen on this place. Sushi Hana (known as the best sushi in the county) is also there. But I was disappointed by all the golfers in their gorgeous park and the movie theater closed down. so it’s a really an if-you-happen-to-be-passing-by sort of a thing.
