As always with Tripadvisor, it’s impossible to work out how their rankings operate.

By the by, looking at the UK “fine dining” (a phrase I detest as being meaningless) places, I’ve eaten 1, 3, 4, 6 and 10. With the exception of 10, I’d possibly find room for the other four in my own personal Top Ten.

I can’t really take these rankings seriously. “Best” is very subjective.

We actually have a reservation for L’Enclume upcoming. And we’ve pencilled in Sat Bains for sometime next year.
