Traditional Food Restaurants Are Vanishing

Whatever happened to the small Pennsylvania Dutch restaurants that used to dot the small towns of Central Pennsylvania? Even Lancaster County is loosing them! (Although the tourist buffets are booming as always.) So far, I know about only two; the Town Hall in Blue Ball and Fisher’s in Intercourse. While I welcome the great Mexican and Vietnamese we have here, I feel a touch of regret every time I see an Amish person on line at Starbucks.
