Following the box directions for 350º for 30-35m got me nowhere near ready.
Cooked another 15 at 350º. Still a ways from done.
Flipped oven to convection 350º for 5 mins and got there.
I wonder should it actually be 350º convection for 30-35m?
or perhaps 400 conventional for 30-35m?
We had the same experience with the TJs spanokopita. We eat it a lot when we don’t feel like cooking, and we devised 400 degrees convect for 35 minutes. We use olive oil spray on the top before putting in the oven. Our new-ish oven seems to always take a little bit longer for baking and heating from frozen, so this may not be ideal for your oven.
Actually, now that I think of it, we’ve had the same experience with several frozen TJs products…I can’t remember exactly which…but not with others.
yes, some of their bake times and/or temps seem short.
That sounds a good number combo from my experience
We always bake most of the phyllo products like spanakopita longer than recommended.

I are, thanks.
also, it is even better cooked, fridged, then re-heated.
