[Toronto, ON] Custom order Fraisier/ Strawberry & Cream cakes

Besides Thobors on Eglinton W and Tre Mari on St Clair W, does anyone have a recommendation for a strawberry and cream cake / Fraisier, available in April, that can be custom ordered, west of Spadina and east of Jane?

I realize local berries aren’t in season yet. I think Gouter waits until Ontario berries are in season.

Does Janchenko’s in Bloor W Village make custom cakes? How are their cakes?

I ordered a couple strawberry cream puffs at Emmer last Sunday. They were good. A few slices of strawberry on top of a strawberry pastry cream.

We liked the strawberry “shortcake” from Pretty Little Layers:

White Chocolate Greek Yogurt Mousse layered with Strawberry Gelee, Strawberry Cremeux and a classic Genoise (Vanilla Cake).

Patisserie La Cigogne also does a nice strawberry “shortcake”:

Strawberry Short Cake

Vanilla cake, fresh strawberries, and raspberry liqueur with whipped cream. Nut-free.
