I’ve used this for years, used to pay about $16 per box and now Amazon wants $40 because places like Safeway no longer stock.
Years ago I tried Tide liquid and it didn’t clean as well. I called the 800 number to complain and was told the powder cleaned better but they offered the liquid for “convenience”
Any recommendations?
I know you prefer powder, but how about using two Tide Free & Gentle pods instead of one. At $15.94 for 57 pods you’d still be ahead of the game money wise.
If not then Persil powder seems to rank right up there with the discontinued Tide. But heck, that stuff is expensive too.
Those pods are just so convenient. Especially with my old arthritic hands nowadays.

I use Arm & Hammer for Sensitive Skin plus Fresh Scent
It is a liquid, but it cleans nice, easy on my skin and has a nice scent.
Make sure it isn’t Arm and Hammer for Sensitive Skin (plain) – without the fresh scent. The plain one leaves a little smell that I don’t like, whereas the one with fresh scent added leaves our clothing so much nicer.
