I read (and live vicariously through) your fabulous trip reports here, but are you very active in the cooking discussions? That’s where most of these acronyms are being used

I read the cooking threads but seldom post because i am not much of a cook.
Thank you for your comment about my travel posts! I enjoy making them.
I’m currently watching Kitchen Queens on PBS. The chef theyre featuring just mentioned GTS 3 times in her demo before she expanded that to say Garlic, Thyme, and Shallots.
(I turned on after they introduced her, so I have no clue who she was or where her kitchen might be)
