That was one which was sort of non-US measures as in the metric system (grams and Kg)?
Yup. And with everyone (including my former PT) pushing protein these days, it’s hard not to get confused.

It’s THE biggest hype in the US right now, and apparently in Germany as well, according to my sis.
Almost any random product here is now marked with just how many grams of protein they have. It’s damn near ridic.
