The acts aren’t yet listed, but the Foodways area will focus on comfort foods from various communities and the Folk Craft is demos on making and repairing musical instruments.

Hoping to get to the Festival now that it’s returning this year. Will report back if I do.
ETA: Over the years, the Festival has inspired my home cooking. One of its greatest hits for us has been Armenian losh kebab , which I can now make myself thanks to the recipe at the link.
