I can heartily agree with Florida’s offering. St Augustine Distillery is a tremendously fun visit, with loads of history and generous with tastings, and their bourbon made me a bourbon drinker.
They also source everything they can…from sugar cane to labels…from small Florida producers whenever they can.
Here’s a possible trophy:

And you have to go there to buy it when it’s available. Last summer we managed to track down the seasonal Budweiser Freedom Red edition that was billed as following a recipe that Washington wrote out.
