#18 Matsuhisa was an ethereal experience. It takes knocks for being part of the Nobu empire, but it was a truly memorable evening.

I go to Uchi or Uchiko whenever I am in Austin. As they say, it isn’t traditional sushi but oh my god, is it good.

The last time I ate at Uchiko, it was Halloween and all the servers were in costume. That’s an odd coincidence!
