Checked out this interesting noodle shop in the food court of Kam Man supermarket in East Hanover. This is a style of noodle soup I have never seen before, and it was quite tasty! Highly recommend for fans of noodle soups who want to try something new and different. Despite being called 10 second noodle, it took more like 10 minutes for us to get the order though. Tried the hot and sour and hot fish noodles, and also a Chinese burger. I don’t think the burger was all that great but the noodles and especially the meat in it were great. I got both the beef stew and beef roll options, which bumped up the price a bit but it was well worth it!

Yes, this is a Yunnan rice noodle franchise operation from China.
They have their largest footprint in CA and TX.

They didn’t give me the spread like in your picture! Although their menu picture shows a similar presentation. Hmph.
Are the rice noodle like white thin spaghetti and really slippery?
