This was unexpectedly delightful and honest, especially the emotional rawness of the footnotes.

I must be hard to delight. The footnotes are okay, but what’s the point of the list, which contains zero original thought?

The footnotes are pretty funny, as is putting the most interesting stuff in them. (If only the equally copious, equally verbose footnotes to law review articles were similarly entertaining, those would be a lot easier to read…)
