According to a search of the US Trademark office TESS database, Taylor Ham is a registered trademark, 0668119, registered October 7, 1959, by the Taylor Provisions Co. Trenton, NJ:

While that is the original trademark, it is no longer in use. The USDA forced the removal of the word “ham”. North Jersey may still call it Taylor Ham, but the package only says Pork Roll.

No offense but I sincerely believe you are incorrect, and I have a certain amount of experience in this area.
If it’s still registered at the trademark office then they are using it actively on a chopped proccessed ham product, as this is a requirement for maintaing the registration.
And the registered trademark is “Taylor Ham”. You will note that no claim to the word “ham” is made apart from use in the mark as registered.
Of course if your definition of “Brand Name” is something else other than a trademarked name used to identify goods in commerce together with associated good will, then I look forward to the alternate definition with explanation.
