I had not visited Piero’s latest location on Halstead Ave. in Harrison. Originally they served their Italian/American fare out of Manhattan’s Greenwich Village, then moved to Port Chester. Walked in at the start of their happy hour and was greeted warmly by hosts Peter & Andre. Ordered the Clams Casino from the special menu, a treat I have not had since my last visit to Rhode Island. They came 7 to the platter, plump, juicy and fresh with that bacon. Delish! A cold beer helped wash it down…
