Taco Heart started as a breakfast taco joint and it was good then. Stopped in today and they have expanded their lunch offerings to include fajitas and quesadillas and additional tacos (fish for one). I stuck with tacos because that’s what I was thinking about when I was walking over! Beans and cheese on a corn tortilla with tomatillo salsa was good. The guajillo roasted short rib taco was the bomb on a flour tortilla… I would have added some heat but I didn’t feel like going back inside and it was excellent without it.
