Taco Bell - Vegetarian -

Not much help in finding vegetarian options at Taco Bell, and one wonders if Taco Bell does better than (say) Chipotle because Taco bell’s items are smaller. I can’t help but feel that the design-it-yourself Tex-Mex places can be the healthiest if people are careful. (For example, I have my burrito at Queso Grill without any rice in it–the tortilla is carb enough, thank you!)

Taco Bell might be the grossest of the chains. I’ve never understood how they were able to make a red salsa that was both super greasy ( with those big solid chunks of whatever fat they use) and super acidic, with no other taste to it but salt.
The idea that Chipotle (not to be a cheerleader for Chipotle) is “worse” seems based on the idea that full-fat dairy is bad and makes you fat. Which is bullshit IMO.
