You mean the potato pancaky rosti? I’ve had spreadable cheese confiscated. Grrr. My mom needs Pine River Horseradish spreadable.

Both Aldi and TJ’s occasionally have tête de moine shaved rosettes. I don’t think many people outside of Switzerland own that device.

Yeah, potato pancaky things. Can’t imagine how they classified them as liquid.

Yeah, I understood the spreadable cheese thing, in hindsight. Looks like C4 or some scary explosive. I just can’t see those little pancakes being a thing. Explosive rosti, I doubt, exists.

I own that device (a girolle). Good conversation starter at parties, but I haven’t used it much.

I haven’t tried using it for other applications. It could conceivably be used on chocolate.
