Coming to Asbury Park, Ocean County Mall and Freehold. Anyone know anything about them?
I was thinking Teavana myself.
Teavana is/was Starbucks. I believe they’ve all been closed.

I just saw the awning for this today in AP and wondered why the town needed yet another coffee shop… Within three blocks are Café Volan (excellent), Amici’s, America’s Cup, plus multiple other breakfast/brunch places that already serve terrific coffee. NEEEEEEXT.
They do offer Vietnamese Beverage options. Beyond drinks of all categories; hot and cold, their fresh prepared food menu is more extensive than SB.
I have been to a CA location.
