Sukiyabashi Jiro is dropped by Michelin

I saw the documentary a few years back. Interesting but it’s not my style. I would not be happy eating here. In Japan I prefer market stalls, simple food and home-style cooking at traditional guest houses.

Some chefs don’t want any M’s star.
