Peas this time of year are something I look forward to, almost as much as July tomatoes. Yesterday sitting at the bar at Da LaPosta in Newtonville we had a simple bowl of peas, dressed with a little olive oil, lemon, Parmesan slivers, and mint. Soooo good. Also great was a spring pea agnolotti at Little Sage in the North End.
Any other spring pea dishes out there worthy of a trip?
