Hah no, it’s Tacolicious in San Francisco. I kind of always want to not like this place when people insist on meeting here because it’s a “restaurant group” taqueria in the heart of the Mission, the tortillas aren’t homemade, they serve a pastrami taco, etc. so it feels wrong somehow. But It is right next to the Chapel where we were seeing Dean Wareham play and once you’re into your second pitcher of margaritas you notice the salsa is good, the guacamole is well prepared and the Baja fish tacos and shrimp tacos are solid. And damn if I didn’t order and enjoy a pastrami taco too.

matzo brei rojos (breilaquiles?)
I wanted to get rid of some matzo and enchilada sauce. Not much to look at but worked almost too well.

Yes!!! Love the Mango Passion Fruit Cream Pie. Chef Margarita and team are so good with this.

I’m more of a taco guy but i prefer fries to rice in my burrito, or no rice/fries and just meat etc.
really nice dark color must be well aged and flavorful where did you get your ham? Iberico?
