Spiedies are a Binghamton specialty: cubes of grilled marinated meat served in a soft sub roll. Each year, spiedies are celebrated at the Spiedie Fest and Balloon Rally held at Otsiningo Park close to the intersection of I-81 and US 11 just north of the city. This year it will be held on August 5, 6, and 7. I am not yet allowed to post links but you can find info at www-spiediefest-you know the rest.
