Hong Kong restaurants are struggling with the decline of foot traffic. I am a bit worried about the competition from mainland chains with discounts and coupons will lead to a bigger dilution of what used to be a vibrant Cantonese scene in Hong Kong. Will Toronto finally take the crown of the best Cantonese in the world?
