Spices x2 : Black Urfa Chili and Ground Sumac

Appreciate the heads up. I don’t have much to lose with a single egg…I like poached but have to date always left that to the b’fast/brunch restaurants.

I sprinkled some on scrambled yesterday. Still not enough to properly taste…

There is literally no way for the flavor to change in the microwave.

At 46 seconds the yolks are still runny…and they taste awesome when you compare the faffing around with traditional poaching versus having an acceptably poached egg by the time the toast is done with zero mess
