Pretty interesting little noodle place/Hunan place in downtown Summit. Feels like one of those next gen noodle places that populated the East Village in the 10’s. Food a step above most of the Chineses options around this part of NJ. I’ve just had Rice Noodle dishes there, but certainly a place to note if you are in town. I’m not an expert by any means but seemed reasonably authentic.
Its on Maple off the street next to a Robotics class place.
