Does anyone remember seeing Sizzling Rice Soup in a Chinese restaurant in the last few years? I remember having it in the early 80’s but not since then. I don’t plan on cooking it so I it put this in the general catagory.

Wow, blast from the past. I do remember it from decades ago but haven’t seen it either. Maybe as Chinese restaurant dumped some of the Chinese-American dishes in favor of more “authentic” dishes, sizzling rice soup fell off the menu?
