Singh Ching in Burlington took over the space formerly occupied by Chettinad Grill and are doing a daily lunch buffet ($11.95). I must say that I’m very impressed by the food and they have Tandoori Chicken Wings on the buffet that was excellent as was all the other dishes that I tried. The naan was thin and almost crispy with plenty of garlic, just the way I like it. another outstanding dish was the fish pakoras, flaky fish with an excellent and tasty light batter. Everything on the buffet was hot and really well seasoned. New favorite lunch buffet.

Classic naan isn’t thin, “crispy” (or even almost), or garlicky. Just saying,
I’ve lost track of how many names the pizza joint near me has had. It baffles me how restaurant owners expect their business to succeed when a string of similar ones have died in that location.
I liked Chettinad Grill and The Pongal, though I was only there a few times (I don’t eat out often). But I suspect that the proximity of Ritu Ki Rasoi made their prospects a challenge.
yeah, exactly right. Ritu Ki is soooo good, and it’s right across the street!
