Love gyūdon, it was one of my favourite Japanese dish in my youth days and even now. We had a class study trip to visit Tokyo, Osaka and Nara. As poor design students, we could only afford eating out in those beef bowl places, I think it was 300-400 yen a bowl back then, but it was delicious. The rest of the time we had cup noodles back or in the ryokan.
I’ve never tried the cheese version, must be interesting.
