[Singapore] Michelin-star restaurants for 2022

Singapore now has 52 Michelin-starred restaurants in the just-released 2022 Guide. Hill Street Tai Hwa Pork Noodle remains the only hawker with a Michelin-star.

Two new notable two-Michelin-star restaurants are Rishi Naleendra’s Sri Lankan-inspired Cloudstreet, and Mano Thevar’s eponymously-named Thevar, which offers modern Indian cuisine.

Apparently leaked beforehand.

Oh my!
I wondered if the Bloomberg folks inadvertently broke the news embargo “by mistake”?! Singapore’s currently 6 hours ahead of Paris, and 12 hours ahead of New York - timing’s everything.

I used to work for the Singapore Broadcasting Corporation, and I remembered that it was a headache sometimes trying to keep from “breaking the news” until the right time.
