Superb cooking from the Wizard of Oz, Ryan Clift, at his current Tanjung Pagar Road location.

  1. Amuse bouche of charred peppers with a soya and wasabi dip, to be eaten with a pair of tweezers.

  1. Laksa mousse with herb fritters.

  1. Snow crab, oba leaf, Nashi pear and fragrant herbs.

  1. Norwegian salmon carpaccio, yuzu, cucumber, black radish.

  1. Roast corn risotto, basil jelly, baby corn.

  1. Pan-roasted barramundi, cauliflower cous cous, green chilli salsa.

  1. Pork belly, white beans, chorizo.

After the complexity of the mains, the desserts were a bit of an anti-climax.

  1. Terry’s chocolate orange.

  1. Carrot cake, crème fraiche, cream cheese icing.

  1. Passionfruit soufflé with banana cake mini-Magnum.

  1. Petit fours - pretty to look at, but not as impressive taste-wise:
