Balik Pulau’s best-known Hakka restaurant, Lao Hakka, has actually expanded into George Town proper, and now runs the Chinese restaurants at the prestigious Penang Chinese Recreation Club on Victoria Green, and at the Penang Chinese Swimming Club in Tanjung Bungah.
