My sister in law has made the trip across The Pond a couple of times to visit NYC at Xmas. She’s loved it - but then she’s a big shopper with lots of credit on her cards.

I always loved visiting during the holidays — not so much to shop, just for the prettiness.
We were supposed to visit dear friends in HK between xmas and past NYE, and apparently downtown goes all out… some other time, maybe.
The flagship Macy’s in San Francisco is once again featuring adoptable kittens and puppies in its holiday store windows. So cute!

The Rockefeller Christmas Tree came from my friend’s grandmother’s yard this year, which means I am fame adjacent!
