A franchise opened near me in Houston too, it had a line down the sidewalk for the grand opening. Good fast food!

So this place is pretty good. Subway style, pick your pita, protein, sauce, veggies, etc. I chose chicken gyro with everything, odd tho the whole pepperoncini, stem and all. The store was clean, staff polite and bright eyed, not the sullen emo types, and they were getting folks in and out efficiently. For $8 a decent fresh and seemingly healthy (watch the typical sodium items) meal
