Beside my darker-blue highlighted text about the majeekuhl sinks-in-water peenut orl, note in the AI summary that it references “concentrated oils”.
The notion of “concentrated” oils is a perfumery concept and has no basis in cooking terms.
This came up because I made a way-too-big batch of hummus yesterday that took nearly the whole (smallish) jar of tahini. So I took the last few tablespoons of it and flavored a similar amount of peanut butter (never tried before but figured I’d like it, and I did).
By habit checked the serving size and noted 2 Tbs = 32g (expected closer to 28). Figured the reason is that it’s basically “because peanuts sink, duh” and was more or less right, but then the AI went sideway on me.
Huh. I resemble that statement.
