That’s why I like the acoustic guitar, and not the electric. Can’t stand the “twang”!
“Sometimes.”
The ones who stop their cart in the middle of the aisle to text. Ugh. Pretend you’re in a car and move to a side, please.
Worse yet, the ones who walk beside their carts, pulling them along and taking up the better part of the aisle. When I see one coming my way - especially in Costco, where it happens a LOT - I’ll stop and peruse the shelf selections until their approach forces them either to walk directly in front of their carts (thereby taking the chance of having their own cart run into their heels, so double win!) or behind them (as god intended!).
The Costco open-mouthed amblers are bad. I like your strategy. Some people really are clueless.
For the smooth-brained that park their carts in the middle and wander off, I’ve been known to add things to their carts. I’m just trying to be helpful!
Whereas I move them. Especially fun when they’re at the end of a row and you can push it around the end cap.
We got some vigilantes among us, I see!
“Vigilante” is such an ugly word. I don’t wear a bag over my head when I ride - I can’t see!
I think it’s a beautiful word
i am astounded by the number of woman shoppers walk away from their carts, leaving their handbags atop their groceries. More trusting than I, for sure!
Some of these could go into the supermarket pet peeves thread, or has that gone away?
I’m amazed at the number of morons who go shopping with their wives and walk along blocking the aisle, unaware that they are a nuisance. Does it not make sense to get their own carts and do half the work, shopping list with pictures on their phones so they know what to buy?
I’d wager that most of those morons are retirees who don’t know what to do with themselves since they don’t go to work anymore, so they tag along with their wives and generally get in everybody’s way.
Isht happens! But I take umbrage at the “Montreal noobs” title on the video. No matter who you are, you’re gonna slide.
