Free pizzas for people called Karen if they can tell why they are “nice”. Well, they have withdrawn the offer and issued an apology. Domino’s in NZ and Australia, btw.
Only true “Karen’s” can ruin free pizza !!! Like a self fulfilling prophecy.

Ah, the approved ladyjobs. When you’re in a hole, Domino’s New Zealand, it’s not a good strategy to keep digging.

The ‘obvious plant’ in the corner is a giveaway to the fact it’s a joke. (And because yeah, that couldn’t be legal… yet.)
Nasa-Space X crew just got back to earth and straight to the supermarket to get TP and other provisions.
Too bad the hands can’t taste the alcohol like the mouth can.
Call him out and when he turns around take another photo of the face and send it to his boss.
Call them if you can’t get through the door. (I gained 2 kilos/4.5bls but have worked if off since the gym reopened.)

I like the crust too - in fact, it’s the only part of pizza I really like. I would make a perfect dining companion for this person, because our preferences would complement each other.

Not so long ago they didn’t have much to eat and now they are wasting food and gorging themselves.
On my first trip to China in 2006 I was appalled at seeing half eaten food in “posh” restaurants. (“Posh” as in seemingly clean -looking restaurants with real normal chairs to sit on and not the standard cheap, local places that are more my style)
There is a ton of waste in catering, not unique to China, nobody wants to look like a cheap host and whether people will actually show up and eat is so unpredictable. Do people in China take home their restaurant leftovers or is that only in the US?
It was always a little heartbreaking when I’d deliver desserts to an event venue only to find the previous night’s desserts still untouched in the walk-in. Considerably more heartbreaking that there might not be any catered events the rest of the year, that was a good source of income

^^ In China it’s a “status” thing when when one orders more food than necessary and leaves half behind. The Chairman is telling the citizens to eat all the food on the plate to reduce food waste.

And buffets are the worst of these that tend to promote waste. My parents are very much like this, and I know many of their friends from that age and background are too == more is better! So they love buffets, and in the US there are tons of cheap, Chinese food buffets that are gross to mediocre at best, IMO. It’s terrible what is wasted in these places!
I wonder if the waste is decreased now that people can’t serve themselves at buffets.
Nothing inside? I got ripped off.
