I notice that La Yogurt advertises “Full 6 oz serving”. I’m old enough to remember when a full serving was 8 ounces! I feel like I’m in some supermarket version of “The Incredible Shrinking Man”.

A serving is what makes the calories not sound crazy, or keeps the price where it needs to be.
Would you prefer higher prices or smaller packaging? Because it’s one or the other.

The nestle chocolate chip bag now says “about 2 cups”. My cookies are being deprived of their chocolate.
Or I need to do less quality control of said chocolate but that’s a different matter
