Sorry for the late reply, but two nights in a row past my bedtime has got me loopy. First of all, as always, it was great seeing everyone and pretty cool meeting @gcaggiano - that guy can eat some shrimp!
As for the food, I think the best advice is Just don’t do it. There’s a reason why Outback is not a seafood house.
