we were always happy with absolute off-days/hours and, if we didn’t feel like walking, lenny’s was consistently good/fast/well-priced. On the UES the best we can do without a long walk is tal’s which we think is a distant third to those two.

Lenny’s is ok, tal , we;; it’s filthy. Absolute is ok, if you can get in.
