SF Bay Area dim sum places that still use carts?

My local NextDoor is arguing about finding dim sum places in the Bay Area that still use carts. I thought I’d check with the experts. Thanks!

As of March 15, 2026, East Ocean Seafood (the one in Alameda, not Hong Kong EOS in Emeryville) had carts. Possibly just on weekends, though.

When I last ate at Peony in Oakland (Dec '25), it was a combination of table ordering and carts.
