Tradevo Centro is closer to your hotel, if that matters, but it probably doesn’t.
Disparate is up on the Alameda de Hércules, a short walk from Eslava, so a longer walk.
Whatever style most appeals. Azahar likes them both and took us to Disparate. Then we returned to Disparate twice. I went to Tradevo Centro on my own.
Both receive a Michelin recommendation.
Tradevo Centro receives a Repsol nod.

Thanks, Maribel! And to make things even more difficult in a happy way, I’ve been taking a good look at BESANA (their pionono de Cordero (!) ) so perhaps a quick snack in the afternoon. And RATATOUILLE’s cheesecake might be a good late night snack if I bring one back to the hotel (?) although “Oreo Cheesecake” does sound a bit gimmicky. Do you know their desserts?
