if this site succeeds to establish a community, we can expect an active board related to just NYC. while Manhattan may interest those in the tri-state area, restaurants in the tri-state won’t be of much interest to those in Manhattan. it’d be great to separate the two early on in effort to avoid a mess later.

I agree with this. I’m not sure it’s essential to separate Manhattan from the Outer Boroughs, though, at least at this stage.
I will take care of this. Ran into some errors tonight trying to create NYC, so i will try to figure out what’s wrong.
