Semolina Bread

Question for my fellow HO’s ( l love writing that) Why do none of the Italian markets that make sandwiches with a few notable exceptions Talerico’s for example not have semolina bread available on their sandwich menu
They sell semolina bread in the store but have no availability for sandwiches Am I just going to the wrong places?
Livotti & Brizzese are the ones that are nearby me and are the culinary culprits

I’m pretty sure that Big City sandwiches in Eatontown (in the tiny strip across from Lowe’s) has it because that’s what I always ask for and I absolutely loved what I had there. Pastosa’s too…

Forgot about Pastosa, not an inconvenience to get to for me. Eatontown for a sandwich only if I am nearby but thanks for reminding me about Pastosa :wine_glass:
