Tried this spot for the first time last week and was surprised as to how good vegan food can taste.
The miso soup (full of vegetables) was a hearty bowl of kimchi, brown rice, seaweed, carrots, etc in a nice lime miso broth. Friend had the mushroom & herb tofu scramble (which I had a taste of) and you would never know.
A bit pricey. Clean space (done up in b&w) with friendly staff. How they stay open with 4 folks in the kitchen is beyond me. I live closer to the Avon spot, so I’ll probably stop in there the next time I’m looking for something like this. Nice to have a vegan alternative down here.
