'Scores on the doors' call on food hygiene

'Twas a great surprise to read that few restaurants with low scores voluntarily display it. Oh, yes indeed, a great surprise.

I once walked past a place proudly displaying their “zero star” sticker. I can only guess they didn’t know it wasn’t compulsory to display. If I had a dodgy place with zero stars I know I’d do my best to keep it quiet!
